You Can't Handle The Tooth.
I thought I was out of the woods with this whole dentistry dilemma. However, I'm here at the office friggin' partying and moving stuff around and assembling new furniture, and in my ultimate wisdom I thought it would be a good idea to eat a Jolly Rancher. My new crown popped off like a dandelion head, and my Saturday night has taken a turn for the even worse.
Can I just go back to having to work on Saturday night, without the Medieval torture aspect? And I just ordered a calzone, too. Just as long as no one shows up wearing chainmail and intending to burn my genitals off with a hot piece of iron.

Sounds like your Sat. night blew. Poor Dave....
It was among the worst nights I have ever had. In fact, I can't frigging stop thinking about how terrible it was. Or boots, for some odd reason.
Hey, I think that this is soooooooo hilarious, partly because of the irony and just the fact that there is someone else out there that shares my last name. First of all my name is Pekota Pye. My father is Leon G. Pye, the "famed" Atlanta dentist. I happen to work at one of his offices in Dekalb County (a suburb of Atlanta). Whats even more ironic is the fact that I am a writer as well, and I have been in the process of launching my own publication for the past 3 yrs. Here recently, I have begun to entertain the possiblity of an online mag with my satirical musings. Without saying too much, this is a very interesting "twilight zone" kind of familiarity. Its also funny to me, that I am African American in Atlanta and you are a white guy in Boston. Its like some bizarre parallel universe. In all seriousness though, the answer is probably simpler than it seems. My family probably was once "the property" of your ancestors. As troubling as this sounds, at this point its very interesting to me to see how it all worked out! Hope you can resolve that toothache. If you ever need any dental advice, feel free to give me a call at Atlanta Emergency Dental (770)934-0770. We are a 24 hour, 7 day a week dental emergency clinic, located in Tucker, GA. Ask for Peko!
Hey Pekota Pye...You used to live in LaVista Crossing apartments, apt. 2 at 1869 H.C. I just received an ad from Best Buy with your name and "my" address. Small world! I called the Atlanta Emergency Dental number the other day to have some work done on my upper denture and it seems they lost their lease and aren't there anymore. What gives with that? Know a good dentist in the area?
